Jeep® Brand Debuts Bikini Exterior Paint Color on New 2024 Wrangler, Adds Punk’n Exterior Paint Color to Gladiator
  • Bikini makes its debut on new 2024 Jeep® Wrangler exterior color palette
  • Back by popular demand, Punk’n exterior color is available to order on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator
  • Now open for orders, special-run colors straight from the factory are available for a limited time with production starting in September
July 12, 2023 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - With summer in full swing, the Jeep® brand is announcing the addition of two sunny shades, available for a limited time, to the lineup’s color palette – the Bikini exterior paint color is now available for order on the 2024 Jeep Wrangler and the Punk’n exterior paint color is now available for order on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator.

Bikini, a radiant teal, and Punk’n, a brilliant orange, both bring personalization and pizzazz to the Wrangler and Gladiator lineups, respectively. Bikini makes a summer splash with its debut on the new 2024 Wrangler, while Punk’n, originally offered for Gladiator’s introductory 2020 model year, is back by popular demand on the 2023 Gladiator.

“Adding the Bikini and Punk’n exterior paint colors this summer is a great time to relaunch these confident and custom colors,” said Jim Morrison, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. “Like other special-run colors for Wrangler and Gladiator, Bikini and Punk’n appeal to a huge enthusiast following because they’re authentic and adventurous, just like the Jeep community.”

Priced at a U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $795, the Bikini exterior paint option for the new 2024 Wrangler models and the Punk’n exterior paint option for 2023 Gladiator models are available for order now and will be offered for a limited time.

The new 2024 Jeep Wrangler is available in 11 eye-catching exterior colors, including new-for-2024 Bikini and Anvil, as well as Earl, Firecracker Red, Granite Crystal, Silver Zynith, High Velocity, Hydro Blue, Sarge, Bright White and black.

The 2023 Jeep Gladiator is available in 10 exterior colors, including special-run Punk’n, as well as Sarge Green, Sting-Gray, Firecracker Red, Granite Crystal, Silver Zynith, High Velocity, Hydro Blue, Bright White and black.

Inflation in the paint game is outrageous (and made up). Used to be 295 and 495, now it's 495 and 795?

That being said, punk'n is a great color and were i in the market i'd open the wallet despite my annoyance at the pricing.

I'm hoping for Punk'n in the 2024. Can't bring myself to order a 23 right before the 24s are released.
Jeep has never run a limited run color 2 model years in a row on the JL or JT. I can't speak to further back than that. And even if they were to start now, they definitely wouldn't announce it until the 2023 production run ends, so as not to lose sales on the outgoing model year.

Guess I'll keep waiting then ?‍♂

And so end the Punk'n orange OGs. May our paint not have faded much next to the new ones ??

On a side note, If anyone in Canada is ordering one... I'll pitch in for colour matched half doors!

In 2022 they did not offer half doors in the limited run color. I have no idea if they did prior or intend to in future, but I'd guess not

Same for the 23's in Earl. You can still get the half doors, but they'll be in a different color :/

I was the exact opposite. I snapped up a 2023 because I didn't like or want any of the changes for 2024. It was 2023 or nothing new. This was not just about Jeeps, I felt like that about everything I looked at. And I still do. I do like Punk'n, though.

If for some miracle reason Jeep allows diesel orders at the end of 2023, and I can get a Punk'n orange diesel, then I wouldn't even think twice about ordering one.
