I see what I did wrong. So, if I paint it myself, probably a little bit less than the ebay guy, but not by m.$542.71 in parts
$341.42 in shipping
Probably $150 to $200 to have painted

Tom C, I clicked on each required item on the list and added it to my cart. I think the three grille inserts are for different options (standard, with camera, and for a hood lock option). I could be wrong, though. The list didn't include any of the clips and fasteners, and neither did the price I quoted in my post. It is possible some fasteners/clips come with the various parts that need them. The parts diagram and list on all these parts ordering sites is a mess.
I don't know why your shipping is so high. Mine was $74. But, like I said, I've run into that before and I'll just go to a different site to order the same parts with reasonable shipping. Watch out for that when ordering anything from these sites.

Looks really good! I was already searching for the VIN from a '24 in my color so that I could do the same. Was going to talk to the parts guy when i went in for my Jeep Wave oil changePut the 24 grille on my JT and I like the look. I actually didn't like it when I first saw the reveal but when I visited a local dealer it grew on me in person. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but I was pleasantly surprised about the clearance between my winch cables and the grill now.
With the old grill it was an extremely tight fit where the cables actually pressed into the grill and it was a pain to press in and even take off. Now, the space is much larger and the cables don't even touch the grill now.
Here are some pics. Will get nicer ones eventually. Total install was about 45 seconds

Looks good! I have one on order with DistinctionApplied, should have it in the next 2-3 weeks. I have a guy that’s going to body paint match the rings though. Thought that might make it look a bit more unique AND normal. I’m also considering having the narrow mesh openings between the circular pillars (where the vertical grille slates used to reside) body paint matched also. Either way, I suspect my diesel down here in FL heat is going to LOVE the extra bit of airflow.

With the combination of winch, lights, and overall and bulkiness of a AEV bumper paired with the diesel, this might be the solution for additional cooling. I’ve never had overheating issues, but I expect to do a lot of towing next year once I get my off road camper and that may change. My winch cables are also slammed into the bottom of the grill. The bottoms of the grill are basically useless.
Personally I like the look of the new grill, particularly with a fender chop. Before I pull the trigger, I’d really like to see some objective quantitative analysis on the airflow. I’m not sure who will actually do that or how. I suspect there are other ecodiesel owners in the same boat.

The new full float rear axle is a big component to the increased towing. The air flow definitely helps, but it won't increase capacity for us. I am hoping more airflow helps us diesel owners achieve reliability under load though.
This might be a must to do item for diesels.
