You’ve all seen it he company ‘Infotainment’ by now, and have of course observed they sell all the guilty little features we wanted but didn’t get out of our initial purchases. One of their ads popped up and I opened it. Of course I found several things I’d love to add to my barebones Gladiator. Then I saw the prices…

Gentleman and ladies, don’t let these predatory, garbage companies treat you as prey, as their lunch, and entice you into going into debt to buy their unnecessary nonsense features.

let’s make things simple again. Roll your own windows up. Plug your phone in. Unlock you’re own damn door.

All I’m saying is, stop paying these silly prices for things.

I've never heard of them and I'm confused about rolling up my own windows or unlocking my doors. The doors unlocked when I touch the handle, how much easier can it be? The windows go up and down with a switch - now, if they can make the rear window open as easily...

I have a feeling Frank is talking about UConnect, one of the more expensive and worthless options you can buy for almost any Stellantis vehicle under the CJDR portfolio.

I tend to agree. I won't turn it on if the vehicle is capable of using the features and if it is already on, I don't use it nor will I renew the services as they are pretty worthless to me.

Other folks may want them but I can lock & unlock my own vehicle, I can roll up my own windows and I can navigate the roads easily enough without paying big bucks to do so.

I must say, however, that providing specific information when creating a thread will cut down on the flames.
