I know there has been discussions on this but mine seems unique. 2022 Mojave, I started using heat in the vehicle due to cold weather but the driver side stays cold until I crank it to max temp, then I bring it back down to say 70 and blows cold, passenger side works fine. Tried in either auto or manual, synched or not the issue remains. Worked fine last year. I could bring it to dealer but they can’t even put air in tires so there’s that. I could not find any info related to it searching TSB’s or any forums. ??

I mean, it sounds like you know this is the path to take. If you had a bad experience at one, then go to a different one. They're going to have the most access to the most information. I suppose you could mess around with it on your own in hopes of fixing it, but then again you could always make it worse too. When it's covered, why take the risk?

Mine did that once and it was all because of the recirculated air button . So turned that button off was still doing it . Then reset the head unit . Then turned the power off opened the door . Opened the hood . Waited for a couple minutes started back up tried and it hasn't done it since. I know I m gonna get blasted possibly for saying what I just said but it worked for me.

How did you reset the head unit?

"How did you reset the head unit?"

With the head lite up and in power in run position hold both the volume and the tune button in for 15-20 seconds then release. They must be pushed in at exact time and released at same time. The head with then bleep off and then it will reset jeep logo will come back up in about 3-4 seconds. I held mine for 17 seconds . Shot for half way.

You know,…you ever experience a hot flash and a wave of fear when you got your finger on the button and you’re about to push it when all of a sudden every possible terrifying moment crosses your mind with what could happen if you push it?

I had that experience seeing that ‘back to default’ option and I envisioned my entire truck falling apart,…again, like it was doing when I first got it.

So I put my finger back in where it belonged and didn’t do anything with that option. Hope this helps.

This worked at least it seemed okay on my short commute home! It was hard to find any info on a simple reset but hopefully it will be the fix..thanks!

You were able to find the reset and it didn’t help your issue?
Yes found it and no it did not change anything but the head unit reset I was told about in this thread I think fixed it.
