2021 Mojave manual replaced with 2023 Mojave automatic ? Law

Custom ordered my Dream vehicle. 2021 Mojave manual with Every option available Every Within first few months multiple issues occured. Thought it was new owner jitters. 8 months later brought 10-15 different issues to K&M Jeep Wayland, Mi. All issues feel upon Deaf Ears, almost 2 years later multiple dealerships, Jeep customer service, hundreds of emails I finally got help from: CHRIS GRACE

He was a disappointment after the lemon law swap, he didn't care about me as a customer anymore. Was supposed to pay our monthly payment for thing the vehicle was in op, lied. Didn't give us anything as my vehicle day for 3-4 months.

Wow, 10-15 issues? Has anyone really had that many real true issues that weren't nit-picky things? I've never had a new vehicle I could find 10-15 issues with other than maybe opinions or dislikes of how something worked (and that would be my bad for not trying things first)
Anyway, 10 to 15 issues - that's a lot!

So the first JT Mojave was lemon-lawed - it was a stick.
And the replacement was an automatic - is that correct?
So the issues were resolved by replacing the vehicle. Yeah, that's typically one of the options.
Now I don't get what the rest of it is about.
So it's been replaced - what's the beef now?

Trying to translate - they were supposed to pay your monthly payment for the TIME the vehicle was inoperable? Is that it?
Was that in writing - did an arbitrator or anyone else put that down in the settlement papers?
Or was that a wish from you and he simply nodded?
IF it ain't in writing, then it's not part of the settlement of the lemon law case would be my guess.

Did he no longer care about you as a customer because you no longer were one? Lemon Law lawyers handle lemon law cases, not post-manufacturer-buyback therapy (that's what we're here for... if you show up with a cohesive story and non ESL-esque riddles).

Does this mean you thought your lawyer was supposed to make your monthly payment while the vehicle was inoperable? Cause no, that's not the way it works and i really don't believe any lawyer told you that at all.

Are you trying to say your lawyer did not provide you with a daily driver? Cause that's not their job either.

This whole thing is massively confusing. I'd love to hear more details about whom you thought was supposed to do what and why. I get having a lemon sucks, but it really sounds like you convinced yourself certain people were supposed to handle things that are very clearly outside their job description.

Most of these types of posts are one and done, lacking the specifics we all want and need to know. They also usually all go the same way. This one is not any different.

@Spartacus! You need to come back in fill in the details and answer the questions asked. I would also recommend proof reading your posts so us common folks can understand your posts.
