I'm disappointed that there's no coilovers+ bypass+ bump stops on all for corners for that price. For that money you can buy a used trophy truck and a brand new gladiator with money left over for upgrades for the JT!
I bought the Hellcat version. I did a ton of research on converting a gladiator to a decent engine when I stumbled onto AMW’s website. I had a specific reason: I wanted it bullet proof, mostly MOPAR parts, no engine fault lights, be able to go to any dealer and have it worked on if needed. Prior to pulling the trigger, I researched and was quoted nearly the same (+-10% to 20%) price from several builders who do the engine swaps and suspension. Then I started calling people who had them built. Nightmare stories from all of them except the AMW customers. One I talked to, who used a local builder, drove out of the builder’s driveway and their Currie Axle separated and dropped. They spent months waiting for a fix while the builder and Currie argued and pointed fingers. I can’t tell you how happy I am with this thing. At first I kind of wished I went with the 392 or 454 because the super charger whine is a bit loud but.. when I get off road, it is amazing. I have learned how to drive around town without the charger kicking in, plus I save some fuel by not having a heavy foot. It WILL light up all four tires on pavement. I have my daughter’s power wheelchair to put in the back, so I went with the full size bed. I also installed a chair lift to get her into the jeep. Now she can go anywhere she wants, she points, I drive.Holy moly, I thought it was a typo at first...AMW build. Who wants to go halfsies?
