And time. My time is worth quite a bit. I'm happy to pay for someone else to do the jobs I don't care to do so long as they do a good job.

I have no need for a piece of kit like this, but if I did, I would consider it.

Whats the point of this?
It seems a pretty much be a direct rip off of the goose gear mounting plate. Without the spots to mount accessories to it.

It’s just a piece of bed-lined plywood cutt into the shape of the bed?

Edit. 500 bucks for a piece of plywood and some bedliner ?

I think it’s a cool concept. I’m an “overlander”. While I don’t have a RTT or skottle, I build my rigs out for solar, fridge, cots, etc. I enjoy the build process even though I’m not a master of anything build related. If someone eants to venture into the market to support what their into then right on! If someone wants to buy said product then right on! At the end of the day I like to think that all of us who ‘overland, boondock, pioneer camp, etc., are stewards of the outdoors and will help to keep the public lands public.

Appreciate that this is half the cost of the goose gear. I want a single drawer system in the back of my gladiator but I have not found a good way to mount and have been toying w/ the goose gear idea....

Thought the same thing. Liked them more when they had reasonably priced prefab kits that are sent as flat packs for a dyi-ish job. Almost bought this bed plate since they're local to me but I decided to spend the money on tools. It ended up costing quite a bit more in tools and parts. But I also am learning a bit. Will be setting up a single drawer system as well. Here's a little mock up. Hope to get the drawer done this weekend before the Cinco de mayo trip.

True, but our tall half drawer has more cubic inches of storage than a full decked system with full extension drawer slides and you get to keep half your bed.

just in case anyone in interested. I ordered this in April, still waiting for it. Been a terrible customer service experience. Supposedly, I will have my order shipped in 2 weeks, but I have heard that before. So, we will see.

Still really like the idea of the product, when I have been able to speak with someone, they have been nice. Just zero communication, lots of emails and phone calls go unanswered.
