With all the electronics and wiring stuffed into modern vehicles, EMF interference is just one more thing to add to troubleshooting. I've got my finger crossed for you, hope it stays fixed this time.

I’ve already sent this to my dealer. I wish I could say that they have been awesome to deal with. They just kind of shrug and point to the Star bulletin. I hope your solution works. Please give us an update every few weeks if you can. Thanks man.***Update 07/01/2024
Have had the vehicle back for about 3 weeks. They reran the wiring harness as mentioned above in this thread and put in a couple of twists and a shield as instructed by the manufacturer. It's running great. No issues. I've heard they suspect it's a interference issue sending bad signals. The service rep working with me truly believed it's a bad computer but so far it's holding.
I will say the dealer has been great and they also opened a Starcase but have not heard any updates other than that. Good luck, will update as I learn more.
Howdy,Just A quick Update just in case anyone else having same issues, same problem Happened a Second time at 1270 Miles Check Engine Light came on P0341 Limp mode Loss of Power Had it towed to Another Dealership (out of pocket again) Jeep wave would only tow to nearest dealer and they do not work on Diesels. Got a call from Service and they did the Exact same thing Clear the Code and sent me on my way. I do not understand How this is considered an acceptable fix?!? I believe I got me a Lemon ?? I guess Im going for Round 3 !! Truck feels slow and sluggish MPG is Down and it looks like it throws a Engine light every 5-700 miles. Disappointed to say the Least.
No Corrective action taken by Jeep so far , Truck is still sluggish getting 16mpg Had the A/C Crap out in 100 degree weather in florida turns out AC condenser failed and it was replaced at 4500 miles. Check Engine light seems to come on with P0341 after driving over 1200 miles and I start the truck from inside. If I use remote start all the time it does not come on. After it comes on it will limp mode until next restart and then light will go off. No help from Jeep taking it in to the dealership does nothing they just clear the light and send me on the way. If it does not Crap out completely they will not do anything. I am sure once out of warranty they will figure it out and tell me I have to pay for itHowdy,
It has been 6 or seven months since this post, what was the corrective action for the CK ENG MIL?
How long did it take for the MIL to come on after the dealer visit?
I read this and I find it frustrating - any car going into limp mode, then clearing the faults and being told to drive it sounds like a horrible idea. did they even test drive it?
I was a dealership technician [not CDJR], Maybe its because of flat rate and they are worried they will waste time. [flat rate is 80% of the reason I got out of the business]
I have seen very odd things happen to cars - some times there are phantoms that just don't go away.
Good Afternoon,@electroneye it’s been 2 more weeks. Is the code still not throwing? So it was a wrap of the wiring that fixed it? Any chance you can post exactly the write up your dealer did on the invoice so that I can share it with my dealership? I’d eveb like to get the name of your dealership and have mine call them to discuss the fix, if in fact it’s still working. Thoughts? Thanks.
Oh man that would be great. I’m so tired of this CEL. Came on again today! Thanks man.Good Afternoon,
Apologies for the delay. It's running great. I'll post the work order once i get the chance to scan it. It might take a few days. I cna also try to get a picture of what was done.
Man!! That's nuts!! I wonder if it's a skill set thing, or they hate diesels. When I take mine in for the fuel pump recall, I'm definitely making marks to make sure it's done and not thrown at the bottom drawer of a tool box. Disclaimer: there is a lot of very smart and talented techs out there. Some times there driven by a bad management. But it sounds like they don't want to give you any effort. They are still trying to work on mine, I tried taking it to another dealership and they told me they would not work on it because it was Jerry Rigged so bad with so many wires spliced into. After they redid all the wires with a custom wire harness now I am blowing fuses and having camshaft code plus more codes that I was not having before.
something is not right there...someone connected the wrong wire somewhere. good luck! curious on how you make out with this..That's exactlyNo Corrective action taken by Jeep so far , Truck is still sluggish getting 16mpg Had the A/C Crap out in 100 degree weather in florida turns out AC condenser failed and it was replaced at 4500 miles. I thought they were starting the buyback program on yours? Guess that never went through? They are still trying to work on mine, I tried taking it to another dealership and they told me they would not work on it because it was Jerry Rigged so bad with so many wires spliced into. Asking for an update here as well. Update: David PMd me. Check engine light has not come back on. For him, this fix seems to have finally worked.Good Afternoon,
