Yall think i can fit 37/12.5 on 4.5 front 3 inch rear lift on jtd Overland non rubi so not high fender
That’s the ReadyLift kit, and yes you can but you’ll have to make a few changes.

I bought the same kit, but the front springs need to be changed out for diesel specific ones. I went with Rusty’s 4” diesel springs and added a .5” teraflex spacer for 4.5”. The rear is just 3” spacers. While I’ve been wanting 3-3.5” springs in the rear, I haven’t swapped them out yet in 30k+ miles.

The rear track bar will need to be replaced with Clayton bar or your spare tire won’t fit. The control arms are non adjustable, so keep that in mind.

The Falcon shocks run stiff, some people like that, some people don’t. It really shines off road with the stiffer shocks. They start to feel normal after 5-10k miles. Not as stiff as they used to be.

4.5” front and 3” rear will have you sitting perfectly level with plenty of room in the wheel wells. It is recommended that you replace your front driveshaft at that height, I have not done that yet. I just play it safe and keep my sway bar connected. It’s a great stepping stone for a lift that you can upgrade parts on as you go. I wouldn’t change anything about what I’ve done on my JTOD.

Mine was just at the dealership a few months ago and they did the recall and then last month for some warranty work and they had no issues with my modifications. They just stated that the entire suspension was void of warranty since the axles are swapped along with the shocks but they said the engine and transmission are still covered and had no issues working on it. They ended up replacing the battery and I have the AUX battery delete done with the entire AUX battery box cut out to make room the suspension and they didn't care. The service advisor just said to make sure that the ecu is recoded for the right tire size because if something does happen to the transmission or engine then they have to take the data and send it in and if that data is off then it would be an automatic denial. I would recommend using JSCAN or something other than a TAZER to set the tire size and the gear ratio if you do regear.

I thought Sarge Green wasn't offered for MY2021 or did they added this color later of that year? Forsure it wasn't when i ordered mine Jan/21.

Skinnier tires tend to do better in the snow. If I were going 37s I’d go 12.5. If I were going 35s I’d go 11.5. Hard to beat Mickey Thompson tires these days. I personally run the Toyo RT Trail tires on mine. The only reason they’re not snow rated is one of the 42 sizes available did not pass the snow test but the other sizes did. I’d trust them in the snow. You can’t go wrong by picking a name brand tire.

Skinnier tires tend to do better in the snow. If I were going 37s I’d go 12.5. If I were going 35s I’d go 11.5. Hard to beat Mickey Thompson tires these days. I personally run the Toyo RT Trail tires on mine. The only reason they’re not snow rated is one of the 42 sizes available did not pass the snow test but the other sizes did. I’d trust them in the snow. You can’t go wrong by picking a name brand tire.
Similarly with the Kenda a/t. Also, a skinny tire.
