I wonder if those 3rd gen D44s are the ones Mopar released at SEMA?

I thought the Rubicon version was getting a unique hood? Maybe that is being saved for the 3.0 diesel version? Rear backup camera seems really out of place as well. I assumed they would have integrated it with the tailgate handle like on the RAM trucks. I wonder if it was done because of the third brake light being integrated into the tailgate handle and braking would cause interference with the camera? Just looks really out of place.

Forward facing offroad camera on the Rubicon version.
Oh good eye on spotting that camera/sensor. But it could be an adaptive cruise control sensor instead?

Those are renderings (IMHO), so you might still be right.

It was mentioned in the word doc pic from the OP. I don’t have that good of an eye.

Seems weird to this old skool guy to have a wiring harness into the tailgate. But, the middle brake light, the camera and the power lock all need it, so...

Interesting. I see what you’re saying, hard to tell if it’s a real truck photoshopped onto a background or a full rendering. Regardless it still looks good.

Nice to finally see it. But it looks like more waiting since no Diesel at launch. Hope I can deal with my JK that long.

The pics are lo res, so I really think they're renderings. But I've been wrong before...

As you know, my WK has a diesel, so I have that going for me. Which is nice...

Ugh. One more summer in my country club Jeep, with the top on.

Yea I just wanted to sell my JK before 100K miles to try and get some value out of it, so not sure I can wait another entire year. Hopefully 2020 means fall of 2019.
