Just called them, what a joke! First call guy said he couldn't hear me and hung up, waited another 20 minutes got a hold of someone and was advised to go to another dealer. Can't fault the call taker only doing her job but Jeep does not want to take any responsibility for this problem period!!!

That’s ridiculous. If I were you, I would go to another dealer if there’s one close enough. If not, then get @JeepCares or corporate involved somehow.

For now, make sure you don’t have anything behind the seats that can soak up the leakage. I made that mistake and it costed me over $2k (out of warranty period). There’s electrical components beneath the driver side rear seat area which was my issue.

I have a 2023 Jeep Gladiator which the back window started leaking, I took it to the dealer and they kept it for several days to verify the leak. They verified it was leaking but I was told I am past the 12 month 12,000 mile warranty for a leaking window, I am still within the 36,000 mile 3 year warranty. Doing research on this problem I found that in most cases trying to remove the rear window to replace the molding is nearly impossible without breaking the window or damaging the window frame. I have never heard of a 12,000 mile 12 month window replacement until now and surmised this came about after they were stuck with a $500 + bill for replacing the window or even more cost of window frame replacement. I called around and found that if the window can be removed and molding replaced the cost was around $220. I do not have the extra cash at this time to replace the window so I searched the internet for some possible fixes. I saw placing a 7mm silicone hose in the gap worked for some but did not for mine. I needed a quick fix so I took Gorilla Waterproof Duct Tape and overlapped it over the top of the window and partially down the sides and it worked. The black tape blends in with the black roof I have so it is not that noticeable and the leaking has stopped. The tape has been through several car washes and it still there. When the weather gets warmer I hope to try Lexel Clear Synthetic Rubber All Purpose Caulk to try instead of the tape. Apparently this leaking has become a problem with the Gladiator since 2020 and you would think Jeep would address the problem.

If you want something you can buy locally, this worked for my truck:

https://www.acehardware.com/departm...ing-and-window-film/weather-stripping/5315445

Available at any big box building supply place next to home window weather strip.

There is some adhesive. While the window was wet, I pushed the seal into the gap with the paper backing still attached, then pulled the paper out while holding the seal in place.

Your dealer is wrong it is covered 3-36 and the window frame and glass come as one piece from the factory. There is a good chance of top damage since they will most likely break the old window getting it out. You can either try another dealer or contact Jeep Care for assistance if you want to go that route. I had mine replaced at 2 years and 25000 miles and they did damage my top luckily I have a non painted top and was able to just touch it up with Mopar top touch up paint. My window did start leaking again after about a year and 1/2 so I went the silicone hose route and it has been good for about 3 years now
There is no frame. Warranty will remove the window and set a new one, just like a windshield. When I had mine replaced the dealership sent it out to a glass company to do the work. The placed a silicone gasket around the window. It looks great and hasn't leaked since.

I have had the leak for 2+ yrs and gone to the dealer 3 times for resolution. They had the window replaced, then the leak reappeared within months. It’s just a terrible design. I have tried the Amazon 1/8” vacuum hose fix plus multiple vacuum hose sizes as my top gap was so large the normal fix didn’t resolve like it did for others.

Congrats to those that have resolved with smaller vacuum hoses or other methods, but mine kept leaking. The normal 1/8” vacuum hose didn’t fill the window gap due to a shitty install job on the supposed Window swap fix. After all the time spent, and a dozen times drying my smelly carpet I found the below gasket that seemed to resolve my issue. Hopefully permanently, but not enough time to verify. Hope this helps others where other posted fixes didn’t resolve.

Thanks for this.

Was yours a dry fit install? The product description says to install with an"Adhesive".

Thanks, but not me. The gasket just worked for my purposes.

Was very similar to the fix I did for my Wife’s 2014 Mini Countryman. Their windshield was what I would call floating design, in that it was only held in by the urethane to glass adhesive. No gasket to supplement. Those Mini windshields leaked often, and aftermarket gaskets or Permatex flowable silicone was used quite often to stop leaks for many owners.

I dry fitted due to current pacific storm causing it to leak like a sieve. Dry fit stopped immediate issue, but once I have time I may use flowable silicone adhesive for a more permanent fit.

Hard to tell by the pictures, does the gasket fully surround the glass?
Fully surround? In what way? From the below picture the left side nub is what’s contacting the hardtop frame while the right side does fit over the glass thickness. So, it does seat over the glass with the left filling in to the rest of the space Between the glass & the fiberglass top.
