Im looking for more reviews on the Oracle Skid Plate with Integrated LED lights??

I'm seeing some mixed reviews on this product. Im considering making the purchase, but seeing a few red flags..condisation issues in the LEDs and poor metal coating leading to rust.
Is anyone running one of these? Can you share your experience with it? Can anyone give a 1 year review? I'm looking to see how they hold up. Thanks!

I've got condensation now as well as rust. They worked really well in the bad weather, when they worked. But the condensation now seems like it's tripped a failure of some kind. I'm replacing with the "above bumper" SS30 from Diode Dynamics.

Mine is three years old and still working well with no rust. I did contact Oracle about condensation in 2 of the lights. They informed me that it would go away and they were correct.

Mine is 4 years old and looks like the first day I bought it. Works great in fog. Definitely recommend it!

We have had ours installed for multiple trips to trails all over the country, including a dozen + trails in Moab where we hit, scraped, bumped, and dragged this LED skid plate against as much terrain as you would expect a Gladiator on factory suspension to do. Its held up exceptionally well, YES if there is exposed metal we do go back and touch it up to prevent corrosion but (as multiple people above with 3+ years of trouble-free use have already pointed out) we now galvanize these before we Powdercoat them so even if you do damage the powdercoat these are still very durable with exposed metal.

From an illumination perspective it is an excellent place to put very function road-illuminating forward facing light (especially for getting under fog) where there is very little glare created unlike from the headlight position which is eye-level for most drivers.

The other great thing about this skid plate VS something with a solid light bar is that if you DID somehow damage one of these modules (by cracking a lens or something like that) its less than $40 to get a new one and they install easily so there is very little risk.

For any steel product from any vendor I'd now recommend an additional prime and paint before install. Too many products start rusting out in the first year.
