Whats your return policy like? I'm close to pulling the trigger but until I see it on my truck, I am still concerned about fitment with my particular bumper.
What fog lights are you running in your bumper.Here is a close-up with a Rugged Ridge Arcus bumper. Works fine with this setup but all aftermarket bumpers are going to be different.
They are flush with the plate steel. Amp draw is: 6A @12V DC

These are hardened PMMA lenses, normal road exposure is not going to do any "damage" to them.

Looks great! Are you happy with the snow performance?
They've been great so far. Already been through a few dense fog mornings, a few thick mist mornings, and numerous intense snowfall drives and I've been pleased. Waiting for one of those heavy wet falls where normal headlights are useless (blinding, actually) to put my final question to rest.
Check for reversed polarity on the lights power connector.
Make sure the positive wire is connected to the output from the switch, and the negative wire is connected to the frame. If they are reversed, attaching the light assembly to the frame creates a direct short when the switch is turned on and blows the fuse. If the wiring is correct, check each light in the whole assembly for errors like bare or reversed wires.
