Strongly doubt that since it would mean you had to open the rear of the vehicle and leave it open while charging.
Ram trucks have this same panel.
That would mean a compressor option for Ram trucks as well.
There isn't much space at all behind that panel- the outer wall is right there.
Some at the dealership are saying it will be a "power pack" similar to what existing Wrangler 4xes have, and something similar to what Ford has - power your house from your truck.....

No. I think I saw a door similar to the fuel door on one of those " concept Jeeps from Easter Jeep Safari ". The removable panel in the bed would be to install and service the charging receptacle that is installed only on EV models.

If referring to those in that concept thread - the charging port is exactly where it's always been - left cowl, on all of the images of those concept vehicles that were not all-gas.
The only thing at the back is the fuel fill.
If you are seeing a photo we've missed - please show it.
Doesn't make a lot of sense to charge from an area far away from the batteries.

That would be a stupid place to put a EV primary charging port. Maybe an accessory port that taps off the EV system but not the primary charging port.
