Love the look of the pickup especially and it's only about 3600 pounds. Kind of reminds me of the defunct Bollinger B1 that I also loved.

Ok, I understand it’s just a teaser video, with virtual vehicle models, but is it a good idea to use AI synthesis people in it? Just a thought.

But a fast conversion concept à la Jeep JK-8 (and that would be easily reversible?) is interesting…

Guess there is a place for it , but not at my place. Too basic and low, but the fact that they come unpainted and designed to be wrapped is cool and scary at same time! They even have optional wrap kits….Jack

That's the whole point of this. No infotainment, not painted, hand crank windows, etc. You not paying for a bunch of extra crap, so the cost is low.

It's what trucks used to be, an extremely basic vehicle that can move stuff from point A to B. Not a daily driver soccer mom vehicle with heated leather and touchscreens everywhere.

It would be a lot more interesting if they offered a 4wd version with dual motors. Even if that pushed the price to $30k. 8s 0-60 and a 90mph top speed from an EV is atrocious so I'm guessing the motor is pretty under powered. Put 2 in and solve those problems and then you could even take it off road. I like the bare bones idea especially as a commuter/work truck.
