Anyone with the Goose Gear, high platform have any issues with it interfering with the rear drink holder? I see in the photos, it seems to be cut around the drink holder but will it allow for the Yeti size tumbler? Also can you leave the jack mounted and be able to reach it?

I have 24 Gladiaotr and it’s a perfect fit around the drink holders. I’m not sure about the yeti tumbler but the deck does not cover the drink holders. And yes, you can leave the jack in place. The deck will not interfere with the jack.

Thanks. Do you have the High Platform or the standard height?

It’s pricey but a nice, solid system. I haul my dog back there for long drives. It’s much better than the seats. I do have to lift him up and down though and wish I had gone with the lower platform. If you get both sides, expect to put them and then out a few times while you align them to perfect.

Not a fan of GG. Ordered the high platform option 9 weeks ago and am still waiting. I ordered through a local dealer. The GG website still had the 6 week lead time due to COVID (??) at the time of the order so thought that was a very conservative estimate they left up and going through the dealer would enable a quicker lead time.

Dealer contacted me a few weeks ago stating he was having a difficult time getting an update from GG. They did come back with another 2-3 weeks which would put it at 9 weeks before delivery. I stopped by the GG setup at the PNW Overland Expo last Friday and was told they confirmed 9 week lead times due to a machine breaking down. Check their website on Monday and it now says 10 weeks.

And still no updates directly from GG on existing orders.

Plenty of DIY examples here (queue them up now.....). I do not have any tools and thought the quality of the system would justify the expense. Definitely regretting that decision. This is not a custom product. It is a vehicle specific option but the orders are not for a custom piece. It is a platform/box made of wood.

Save your TIME and MONEY and either spend it elsewhere or go DIY
