What is this rain you are all talking about?

12 months ago, I'd have asked the same thing.
Now they say that only 1% of this state is still in drought, while flood warnings are all over the place, especially the southern half.

I think I'll dig that out now and play it - because...........yeah, here comes the rain again. Geesh. I have to mow between rains, through mud, and even leave some unmowed. Been mowing every 5 days but should be going only 4 days.
I think I saw an alligator this morning slinking out of the trees into the yard.

I agree, but there is to much of a good thing. Growing up in Oregon I was used to what we called rain, it was more like a drizzle or mist. Then I lived in Korea, Japan and Missouri. I'd never see rain like I did in those three places.

I could live in parts of Korea. The climate isn't that much different except where we were and my son has lived - snow wasn't much and didn't last. I really liked it over there. There really wasn't much rain to deal with, the temperatures were great. We were in the southern parts.

I haven't seen rain in months. I would take an inch or two out here in the desert.

What is rain? Yep, here in Phoenix it's just hot and dry. I haven't seen any rain in our area in Months. A few days ago, we hit 118°.
