For those with a Rubicon EcoDiesel and running Synergy spring, can you tell me what springs you’re running and how accurate they were to the list amount of lift?

The reason I ask is, I went directly to Synergy and told them I wanted 3” of lift with no more of a 1” rake (at most). They recommended (as do their charts) the -60 6” front springs and the -50 5” rear springs. These, according to them would put me at a level 3” on the diesel. However, what I ended up with is way off. I’m at 4.75” in the front and about 6” in the rear (2” rake). I’m on 37” tires and my JT looks like it skipped leg day for its entire life. Lol

Getting help from Synergy has been difficult since they’re always at shows and I’m now in week 2 of no help from them.

I’ve done some math stuff based on the characteristics of these springs, but would like to be able to bounce my results off someone before pissing away more money on springs I can’t use. :)

Were the springs diesel rated? You can add 1in spacers up front. Aftermarket springs are all over places in terms of listed ride height.

I run Synergy gas springs 8863-50 in the front and Clayton HD rears 3.5" COR-1510356. sits level and no issues with the 38's with fender liner delete. Its 7500lbs and all the extra weight is in the rear. Rides great much better than with the Clayton front's.

Thanks! Synergy has decided to put me in the -30 springs for the rear, which they say will put me at 3" to 3.5" . They're reviewing all my front measurements right now to see if they want to put me in a -40 or -50 front. Be interesting to see what they come back with today....
