Ok, I didn't make that assumption and now I understand why you did.Here is a quick Google of "Performance mods" so you now can understand what they are.

TC listed mostly performance mods in the OP and didn't list any storage mods or cosmetic mods, so like I said, I assumed they were just referring to performance mods.
