Sarge Green next to '41 Green

I was driving by a jeep dealer today and they had a '41 tribute wrangler out front so I stopped and took a couple of pics of my Sarge green next too it. In the sun the '41 has a khaki look to it. They had a Gladiator '41 tribute as well but it wasn't where I could get side by side pics.

I like em both but have to say I prefer the ‘41. I go to the dealership occasionally just to peruse myself.

No matter the colour a JLU will not drive amazing like your Mojave, I made the mistake of trading and am still sorting the ride/comfort factor!! Keep the Mojave!!!!!!!!

Yes, it looks different in different light but in the sun it looks a little washed out. I like the color and it looks better when it is by itself.

I’ve seen the color plenty of times, but never next to Sarge.

My Wrangler is Sarge; although I like 41 I think Sarge is better. In fact, I think Tank was better too, but that was pre-Gladiator.

I like the Sarge color; it's just screaming for some stencil decals.... If real dedicated, white painted stencils.....

It's pretty close to semi-gloss OD Green military issue (but WAY too shiny, whatcha gonna do) , but closer than the '41 color.

I'm not a fan of green but a sea green 1997 or 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ, "Moss Green", with a "Spice" hard top and interior is hard to beat, like my '98 Sahara with matching green fenders. Bought 2004, I still have it.

I'm in the "like them both" camp, but very happy with Sarge. (Might have been happier if they offered Sahara Tan, but that's not in the cards.)

yes I agree a matte green would look best. The interesting thing is the painted wheels on the tribute are matte and the body is shiny.

I am waiting for warmer weather but yes I agree on the decals but I am inclined to go matte black.

Although my mother in law thinks my '41 looks like "diarrhea."

I had a 96 XJ that was moss green. I got it new and it was the biggest POS I’ve ever owned, horribly unreliable and even needed a new engine under warranty, but it was really nice looking. 1996 Country with the upcountry package.
