I Have Major Suspension lift issues. NEED Help ASAP.

I'm not super mechanically inclined. But decided to take off the 2.5" spacer lift on the front of my gladiator and install 3" lift springs 3" falcon shocks. New adjustable track bar all new upper and lower control arms front and rear. No new springs o ln the back just shocks. But the front end is sagging. I had some help installing all this (no mechanic for sure) but after it was installed the springs looked weird and bump stop looked too close. Had Christian brothers look at it and they claim to have flipped a control arm around or something and did an alignment. 750$ later. That was 4 months ago. Now I decided to throw on some new sway bar end links and they're adjustable (so were previous) and ChatGPT said sway bar should be about level with the truck and end link extended to 10-11". I have it as low as it can go and sway bar is pointing up. I'm just lost... I cheaper out and bought 150$ 3" lift springs. Have some better 3.5" springs on the way. But I don't think that's gonna solve the issue.

Your sway position is perfectly fine. Mine points up to as have previous jeeps.

Your track bar should run parallel to your drag link at that upward angle. The flatter the better but, you’re not going to get it flat/level to the ground.

You want the swaybar the way it is. If it’s parallel with the frame you get too little down travel. That angle looks great.

The bend in the trackbar doesn't effect wether they are parallel at all, it just looks like it. Straight line from end to end looks very much parallel to the drag link. So long as you don't move the ends of either the drag link or track bar or you move both the same (like flipping the drag link to the top of the knuckle AND raising the track bar mount at the axle) they will still be parallel to each other regardless of lift.

Caster should be dialed in using an angle finder. The drag link and tie rod mount at the axle and frame and therefore remain just as parallel no matter how much you lift. Both need adjusted, as the track bar centers the axle under the vehicle and the drag link centers the steering wheel, but the angles are what they are. If you run 4" or more of lift it's a good idea to flip the drag link and move the trackbar mount up so they are both flatter, but there's still no need for measuring their angles as they aren't adjustable. The mounts are the mounts. Here's what mine look like flipped, but no need to measure the angle. The drag link flip kits include the bracket to keep the track bar parallel.
