If he get's back with pricing, let us know.

I also emailed, asked what the all in price is for a kit, what the preferred engine and trans to start with are.
Rog...

Just got a response from Todd. He is not offering a kit per se, but only selling the parts he manufactures. He sent me a long list of vids to look at.
He said he would need my computer, but mine is a GPEC5???
He sells the various brackets, mounts, and adapters and does some ECM programming. I think it is up to the buyer to source the myriad of parts along with the motor and transmission.
Before I jump into something like this, I will need to have a good understanding of which parts I need and how the process goes.

...Still investigating...

Flyin6: Well bummer. I was hoping Todd would have a complete kit. I can share my parts list with you if you’re interested? Tyler at Tom’s 4x4 Super Store in Chattanooga TN, might offer a diy kit now? Tim

Thanks for the offer
Todd may not offer a complete kit, but he does have a list of the necessary parts (BOM List).
So still well within the realm of possible.
I'm currently distracted by installing a long arm kit. I'll get active in this once I finish.

Having recently installed a Ripp supercharger, I think I am going for a V8. I can't abide with the awful noise that blower makes! Dump a handful of marbles into your washing machine and that's what I have.

Thank you for stimulating our economy sir.

I never got a response at all, not super encouraging altogether.

Roger that!

I sent Todd an email.

I'll need a new place to live as well. I hope that's included in the kit. After spending a ton on a supercharger, only to never drive it, only to rip everything out, will certainly get me divorced!

Did you use a 6.4 or the 5.7?
Well... if you're not too big you can always sleep in the truck. Because that's the same thing my better half told me when I mentioned that eventually I'll swap a Hemi into mine, too.

I think the 5.7 is more practical by far but I also think the delta between a 5.7 and 6.4 installed is close enough to justify the 6.4.

I asked my local Jeep specialist (an AMW dealer) his opinion on JSS and he had nothing but respect for them. He said they have been doing it a while and they know what they're doing but the level of skill and modification required to do the swap makes it a challenge for 90% of the people out there. I'm in that 90%.

Incidentally, they did an AMW 840 JLU and its bonkers. I drove a Moab 392 and it was tail happy as hell. I can't imagine that much power being remotely manageable.

Bourbonrunner: I really like my 6.4L. The Gladiators longer wheelbase and weight make it a good fit! I can do 2H, unlike the 392 Wranglers!! Tim

Hopefully the Pentastar will last until after I've made my last payment because the 6.4 is on the list.

You have to run premium fuel in the 6.4 though right? The 5.7 is just regular. That premium is a deal breaker for me in SoCal.
There’s the BGE, the 6.4 in the 2500 and 3500 trucks that will run on regular.

The underhood architecture of the Gladiator is very similar to the ram 1500. (Both trucks). The 5.7L fits in there and plums and wires up so much easier than the 392. Its almost like the JL/JT was designed to physically accept the hemi but specifically the 5.7L🤔

From watching the JSS videos the 5.7L into a JL/JT looks like a pretty straight forward swap... far less invasive than a JK swap anyway.

10 minutes in, and 2 weeks later, idk how much it costs lol. Or if it's available.

10 minutes of ranting about how maybe it can be tuned and maybe it can't.

Can I buy the mounts and harness yet or not? Good grief Charlie Brown
If you dont like the "JSS way of doing things" go spend at least double the money and have your expectations met elsewhere.

I think its awesome what JSS is doing... it puts a hemi swap in reach of the average man with some mechanical understanding, ability, patience and ingenuity.
