Recently installed the Quadratec retro wheels and couldn't be happier with the look. I paired them with Mickey Thompson Baja Legend EXP 315 70 R17. I don't have a ton of miles on them yet but am surprised at how quite they are and the ride is good so far. A little bit more wandering than the 11.5" Nittos I had previously. I also do experience very slight rubbing at full turn which I didnt have on my previous set up.

This package replaces a 20" Fuel Wheel and Nitto Recon Grappler setup that was on the truck when I bought it in December. Based on the spec info I collected, I am saving just under 21 lbs per wheel/tire with the new set up.

Interesting point for folks looking to buy these wheels - the center caps now come with a molded in "Q" which isnt shown on their website. I am hoping to swap these out for a retro emblem but still working on my solution there.

Graphics are next but need to make a corrosion claim before I go down that path.

Big improvement. Look much better than whatever abomination was on it.

Back in my younger days I thought the white wagon wheels were the bomb and put them on several trucks.

Retro wheels: Classy, indicates taste and sophistication, will never go out of style.
Whatever was one there: If one hundred truck stop novelty knives were pressed into a wheel shape.

I love your wheels. IMO, the wagon wheel retro style looks best on white or red Jeeps.

So, the Q that's now molded into the center cap, is it protruding is a way that would prevent the application of the "retro" red/white/blue center cap sticker?

Something... something... software.

I just bought a set of the satin black ones. They came with molded in "Lynx" center caps. Reached out thru the forums here and they hooked me up with some blanks so I can do a monochrome version of the retro center cap decals. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the machined accent ring on the black ones, so I'm going to paint match, pin stripe it, before I mount them up.

Are they rubbing on your lower control arms? Just curious as I have the Core 4x4 control arms and they seem like they've got a little more bend than the stock control arms. I don't have a Rubicon, but I assume it should be an apples v apples comparison, since I have the Max Tow package. I thought about going with 11.5" wide tires, but I couldn't find any for less than $450 a pop, so I think I'll just go 12.5"

Thanks all! I appreciate the comments. Even driving around I have already had a few people asking me about the new set up. Seems many of us still love the old, nostalgic look!

The Q is countersunk. I would not try to put an emblem over it. The logo is pretty sizeable. I am traveling for work but when I get home, I will try to remember and post up a closer image of the Q so folks can see it.

I thought I had found some replacement ones that were flat however when they arrived they were crowned so I am either still on the hunt or have to make the crowned ones work. @mtudb24 gave me some good tips on making the crowned ones work in another thread.
