I have a 2020 with over 100K on it. No actual tech issues; When doing a mod I have left a ground but loose once and thats the only issue I had and it was self induced.

For all the folks on this thread mentioning infotainment issues - there are updates out there that you will not get via over the air; or via the Web site and typing in your VIN; I had some stability issues with the uconnect 8.4 system and found a thread and a website and did three updates and now my infotainment system is very stable.
I am using an AAwireless module and Android Auto.
No technical issues with my '24 Rubicon. But a quick aside: I have rheumatoid arthritis (hands and back primarily), and the heated steering wheel and heated seat is an all-weather enabler for this driver!

Shopping for a used Gladiator, leaning towards a Mojave or Rubicon. I am finding that these seem to be tech loaded (blind spot, auto pilot cruise, heated seats/steering wheels, tech packages, etc. etc). I have found a few that also have zero options (outside what comes on the base Mojave/Rubicon).

Are you finding these tech packages to be reliable or not worth it? I would love a heated steering wheel, but could take or leave the rest.

What are your real world component and system failures? Looking for this to be a reliable daily and travel rig for a while.
heated steering wheel is an understatement. It's a lava wheel and its either on or off. That shit gets HOT!!! The heated seats are nice and those have 3 settings. The inverter and outlet in my bed is ok. It wont power much more than a stereo though. Works great for my starlink mini but its a low wattage so use is limited. I love the off-road + and locker options i got with my rubicon and the larger touch screen is.

The inclinometer and gauges i get with off-road pages is super cool.

I also have the lock box from jeep under the rear seat and MOLE seat backs for the Rubi. Not much other "TECH" but I have never had an issue. Only the Axle position sensor but there are affordable workarounds when it fails that do not affect performance.

The tech is a double edged sword, we have a 2021 GCL Hemi and a 2022 Gladiator Rubicon. The tech has been rock solid so far aside from a few typical errors like cameras seeing shadows and alerting, things like that.

Luckily the little bit I've played with the Jeep, it is very modular, stuff looks easy to replace when things go bad, and you can interface to diag things much easier than older electronics - but it is far to complicated to resolder or repair like I used to do on cars in the 80s/90s. Long term we will be relying on aftermarket support for replacement electronics or bypasses pretty heavily.

Never tried the heated steering wheel. Temps in SoCal rarely get below mid 40's. But the heated set is great. I use it to treat my back stiffness since surgery. I found the blind spot sensors sometimes don't work in a bad downpour. The Sirius favorite feature works intermittently. I tried a reset with the volume and tuning buttons but it only helped temporarily. After reading about the firmware download procedure and that it may brick the head unit I decided to leave it as is. Maybe I'll ask the dealer to update it when I bring it in for the power steering recall fix.

On trails and in heavy down purs it can shut off and save you from hearing the warning. It used to bother me but i assume the information is flooding the sensor and it just interprets it as trail foliage.

I use the heat steering wheel when i drive to work at 5am with the top and doors off. 75mph at 5am 40 degrees is a little brisk. but even then its HOT! Seriously, unrealistically hot! I am a cold weather top off guy. anything over 75 Is too hot for me. I'd rather blast the AC. At 75 the Mrs. uses the bacon button.

I had a friend update the head unit and it bricked it. Tool them 8 months to get his new head unit.

you'd think they patched the FW so it doesn't brick but this is Jeep. I have zero faith in their dealership parts counters.

2020 Mojave loaded I haven't had any glitches, I added the front OEM camera which was the only thing I had a little issue with. But it was user error. Finding it a very solid vehicle.

I didn't get the two safety packages, mostly because they were expensively split in a way that each only had one thing I wanted.

However, I have had to replace my windshield 3 times in 3 years and not having the adaptive cruise control has saved me money there. The standard glass is cheaper than for the type needed for ACC, and no recalibration needed. I don't know if recalibrating is truly needed, but it's recommended.

Might be moot if you have glass coverage. I have a local glass guy that's cheaper than paying extra for coverage and deductible. I'd have to replace twice a year to have it save me money.

Winter package, totally worth it on cold regions though.

All the tech in my 22 worked fine from new until I sold it in March. I can’t think of an option the 23 diesel doesn’t have but a couple things didn’t work when I got it. Remote start was out but replacing a hood switch fixed that. Satellite radio didn’t work so moved the radio from the 22 to the 23 and it’s been great since.

I’m leaving it alone.
