I have a 2020 with over 100K on it. No actual tech issues; When doing a mod I have left a ground but loose once and thats the only issue I had and it was self induced.

For all the folks on this thread mentioning infotainment issues - there are updates out there that you will not get via over the air; or via the Web site and typing in your VIN; I had some stability issues with the uconnect 8.4 system and found a thread and a website and did three updates and now my infotainment system is very stable.
I am using an AAwireless module and Android Auto.
No technical issues with my '24 Rubicon. But a quick aside: I have rheumatoid arthritis (hands and back primarily), and the heated steering wheel and heated seat is an all-weather enabler for this driver!

Shopping for a used Gladiator, leaning towards a Mojave or Rubicon. I am finding that these seem to be tech loaded (blind spot, auto pilot cruise, heated seats/steering wheels, tech packages, etc. etc). I have found a few that also have zero options (outside what comes on the base Mojave/Rubicon).

Are you finding these tech packages to be reliable or not worth it? I would love a heated steering wheel, but could take or leave the rest.

What are your real world component and system failures? Looking for this to be a reliable daily and travel rig for a while.
heated steering wheel is an understatement. It's a lava wheel and its either on or off. That shit gets HOT!!! The heated seats are nice and those have 3 settings. The inverter and outlet in my bed is ok. It wont power much more than a stereo though. Works great for my starlink mini but its a low wattage so use is limited. I love the off-road + and locker options i got with my rubicon and the larger touch screen is.

The inclinometer and gauges i get with off-road pages is super cool.

I also have the lock box from jeep under the rear seat and MOLE seat backs for the Rubi. Not much other "TECH" but I have never had an issue. Only the Axle position sensor but there are affordable workarounds when it fails that do not affect performance.

The tech is a double edged sword, we have a 2021 GCL Hemi and a 2022 Gladiator Rubicon. The tech has been rock solid so far aside from a few typical errors like cameras seeing shadows and alerting, things like that.

Luckily the little bit I've played with the Jeep, it is very modular, stuff looks easy to replace when things go bad, and you can interface to diag things much easier than older electronics - but it is far to complicated to resolder or repair like I used to do on cars in the 80s/90s. Long term we will be relying on aftermarket support for replacement electronics or bypasses pretty heavily.
