One of the first things I wanted to do to my brand new Mojave is slap the black bar tailgate graphic from the Shadow Ops trim on it. I've seen several places selling these types of graphics, but almost all of them are just solid black or have a trim color at the edge. The Shadow Ops one has a main block that sits in the tailgate recess and then kind of a gap before a pinstripe frames it out so just a little bit of body color gets through. I checked Mopar online and don't see it available there either.

Has anyone purchased this particular style graphic anywhere? Any place that might do it custom? Doesn't have to be OEM, I just like the actual design more than the options I've seen after searching forever.

Also, yes. I'm a diva and I get hung up on things I really want

Take a couple photos in to any shop that does wraps and they should be able to print exactly what you want and apply it professionally. Other than that, getting an exact Shadow Ops decal kit is most likely going to have to come from the dealer. Maybe a bit of face time to see if it’s in their computer.

Was kinda thinking that's how I was gonna have to do it since I haven't been able to find it anywhere else. I did go by the dealer today to drop some stuff off that they needed, but of course going on my lunch break meant almost the whole dealership was out on lunch break too.

Figured I'd ask in case anyone had seen one elsewhere (and likely much cheaper) than the dealer or a custom cut one.

It's probably not a bad idea to get it professionally done anyways. Some days I think I could single handedly assemble an entire space station but if you asked me to put a straight line graphic on it, I'd find a previously undocumented way to butcher it 😂

Speak to Dan at "any sticker you want", Nice guy. The jeep decal store has tailgate decals in over 68 colors. Rider graphics, rough grounds. Rebel offroad and yoto adventures among others. AEV but not sure if they sell it without package.

I can message him. I did see his shop and he does have quite a few different types, just didn't see the exact one I'm looking for.

I'll check the others out too. I think I've looked at a few of them already, but not all. Thanks for the list!

We will be adding this to our accessory catalog but for now it can be found here

All of the other Shadow Ops decals will be added as well

Thanks,

That mopar version seems incomplete under the taillight.
Those corners are tricky spots.
I did mine with a sheet of vinyl and shaped the ends with knifeless tape. If I were going to do a version with a gap between the inset and the border, I would probably just shape the inset and run a thick pinstripe as the outer ring.
It's easier than you'd expect.

That dual-layer look is awesome. A local custom wrap shop can probably replicate that exact style for you.
