It definitely looks like a military color, it looks like my OCP tan green splotches.

I like this green as well. Now I’m thinking black or string gray

First official look at Gladiator in Gator color!

Two of them are in this photo - see the one in the back as well.

Suppose those are colored fenders with protective film? Is the cowl black because of protective film?

Ram offers several greens on the HD work trucks- Black Forest and Timberline are dark pearl colors, but Tree Green (Exterior PaintSales code: P73_02) is a nice dark solid green.

The black fenders make this color look terrible IMO. I was hoping for more green when this seems to lean more brownish

+1 with Vegas -- installing painted-black Sahara fender flares on it looks bad...is it (Gator) so late availability that Jeep couldn't mount Gator painted flares?

HEY . . .you stole MY photo . . . THAT photo is Copy right protected . . . have a lawyer ?

IT's my 2016 75th Anniversary G.C. - The Laredo based one, not the Limited based one, because I don't like leather in my interior ! That said, the color, as I've mentioned numerous times is THE Anniversary Jeep Color - RECON GREEN !
I don't recall the paint code off hand, but you bring up an interesting THOUGHT, what if . . . ! ?
Want more ?

note the "clean" door sill ^ color.

COULD RECON GREEN, which at the time jeep said would be EXCLUSIVE FOR THE 75th (2016/2017), be RENAMED with the same paint code ? IF anyone checks back - old videos at the 2016 auto shows - take note that ALL JEEPS had their own Unique "Jeep Green" for the Anniversary ! SO, perhaps one of them, maybe mine, is the new Gator Color ?

Gotta see Gator in person, I think it is the one color that really isn’t coming across well on the pictures.

If Jeep Informant is correct, they are 2 different paint codes. Your GC was PGR, and he says Gator will be PGV. Do a search for DEEP BERYL GREEN paint and see pics of it, once again, if that will be THE color.
