The first 200 are rubicon's.
They are for purchase for people in engineering/management positions.
They are sellable, which is why they are called production.
The other production builds earlier in the year were also production, and sellable probably way down the line after use.

Hence why there are currently 80 YTD Gladiator builds "SOLD" on FCA's Feb 2019 sales report. I also included the Ram P/U section as well (since its doing very well).
