So I just sold my current car. I'm down to my wife's car only now....luckily she works from home 80% of the time. I do have a bicycle and work is 2.5 miles from my house. maybe the nice people in Toledo will bolt mine together before my fat ass gets motivated enough to ride a bicycle to work in this Alabama heat

my thought as well, why would they not have the standard trans be available at launch, its simple unfortunately. That extra 2g

Sure, but most people order the automatic and the extra towing power made it a no-brainer for me, unfortunately.

sarahs time frame may be right but the mt is not an option the at is. I understand its not as popular but its not an option. The fact she calls standard equipment an option makes me not trust anuthing she says. Im still curious if they are made in a batch or just as they go once they start production.

I am in the exact same position as you. Only we have been 1 car for over 4 months. Thought the roll out was going to be sooner. On the bright side my down payment is huge!

When I was in high school my Uncle took me to the chevy dealership in 1998 and ordered a Camaro Z28 for himself... at that time the manual transmission was about a $1500 option and the automatic was standard!

This is unacceptable. I was told there was a delay with getting my rubicon JT-MT because of a supply problem with the standard steel rear bumpers.

I know most people drive automatic and that’s why they charge an extra 2,000. I was just referring to the fact that the auto tran is the OPTION. MT is the standard on this vehicle. Therefore we should not be waiting all this time. Definitely respect the people that went with the auto Tran. I’m just an angry MT guy and I haven’t even been waiting that long
