Congrats. Did you ever track your vehicle? When did you order?

Tracked it almost every day. It was in D status for 57 days. E as of this morning.

Sport S, Manual trans, black hardtop, no other add-ons. Firecracker Red.

Checked in out of curiosity and am still in D1, which was expected.

But the chat was interesting. Note the timestamps:



Even assuming she is cut and pasting, which it's safe to assume is common practice, there is no way that she replied in two seconds unless she knew what question was coming. Which implies that there's some tracking on their end that alerted them to the fact that the last time I inquired I was looking for order status.

Not a real surprise in this day and age, but worth noting.

I'm seeing folks who got their trucks shipped before they ever saw a window sticker, I got a build sheet, after my truck was built and in JS status.

Don't put a lot of time or faith into the Jeep chat status, also I've yet to hear of any escalated case result In anything but frustration. At best you get a more accurate status as to where you are at in the process, but you may never get to "why" or an accurate date. The pizza tracker is not very helpful.

My dealer seems to be able to get more accurate status, so I check in with him once a week or so.

At least we know MT are flowing at this point. Hang in there folks!

Is there a person that has recieved their MT order? That's the only way we would know for sure that they are flowing with Jeeps circus.

Not that I'm aware of. But we do know some are built and in some manner of shipping KZ status. Only a matter of time, how long they take from here seems to be a matter of when they are released and shipping logistics.

Day 57 of D status and no one can tell me why. Chat has escalated and they said it was the steel bumper, and I was told that would be in by July 1. Entering week 10 since I ordered...

I dont really believe any are in shipping, they seem to change the status forward or back at will. Give them about a month and they will change back to D status.

Dealers can get more accurate status than is available in Jeep chat, unless he is being lied to by his resource, I have no reason to doubt him.

The LE folks got the raw end of this deal for sure, but most of this could have been avoided with better managed expectations. I'm not stressing my status and allowing weeks of slack time mentally for this thing to ship. But I'm confident it's built based on my own and others similar updates regarding their gladiators.

My order went from D1 to F to JS to G and is now in JB. Yesterday when I talked to FCA Chat they said JB is the final stage before shipping. We’ll see.

@AlwaysRecord - I had them "escalate" my build... got a case number... but I found out that the case was closed (Jeep Chat had nothing listed so a second inquiry to JeepCares confirmed this) So Day 42 in D.

5/7 order date - "D" Status ever since. Opened a case still haven't received a response as to what is delaying the build. Jeep chat said they are waiting on parts. I don't understand how you don't have the parts available to build the vehicle. I originally ordered on 4/26 and then had to remove the steel front bumper to get the VON on 5/7. I don't want to sacrifice any other options. Really frustrating they can't at least give an ETA. How are people suppose to plan ? At least give a date who cares if it's August or September.
