And they can't give me any other information... No way to contact the 'higher department' even.

That is really odd. The only thing that I see that may cause an issue is the bedliner. But you ordered back in May! Your dealer can’t help get you any information?

Dealer has sent emails, called, probably even sent smoke signals to FCA and is getting ZERO response

Need to see if they can escalate mine as well. been in JB for over 3 Weeks now and ordered May 2nd. Don't know what the hold up is, I know other have waited much longer in JB but its crazy how quickly other that ordered way later have flown through it in less than a week.

How long has it been taking for most people to get a VIN? I ordered on Friday 7/26 and had my VIN by Tuesday 7/30. I felt like that would have taken longer
