Advanced 3 status codes today, to JB.
Feels good right!? Don’t start posting in the “JB Hell” thread no matter the temptation - guys/Gail’s are pissed in there....

Broke down and pushed/escalated being in "D" status for 45 days with FCA Chat this morning. Feeling special (sarcasm) that I now have a case number and will be informed of updates via e-mail. Pretty sure that's the normal/standard process, so I'm not quite sure what having a case number does LOL.

Every morning I wake up hopeful that I have an e-mail from FCA with an update (hopefully a good one). It feels like tomorrow could be Christmas, but really, it's more like knowing Christmas is going to happen in the near future, rather than at some point in the future.... So, 45+ days in "D", add 45 more days in D1, a few days to build, 45 days in JB and a few days to deliver (only good thing I have going so far is no train ride). So where does that put us? Mid November. Gonna be a cold ride with no top and tube doors :)

Andy,
i have been "escalated" for 3 weeks, still in D. I do not think it does anything at all.

You got into D pretty quick. Was much longer for those of us ordering in April. Seems they are cranking them out now so won't be long--hang in there!

When did you hit D1? what build date did they give you?
History in my sig below. Arduous, truly Rubicon-like trail from 4/27 until i made D1 on 7/15. Build went quickly as estimated.

I expect JB to take more time than the actual build process, based on what others report. But my order is fairly light on options.

JB status was the shortest status for me. I was only a week in JB and a week in KZ. Hope that helps

Nick,

If it wasn't for your non body color top and fenders, i'd be all for wagering who gets theirs first. Paying my debt would be a good excuse for a trip up north!

No... they sent me an email of the same thing Chat has been telling us. And once you've be escalated, Chat doesn't speak to you any more.

Now, you wait for Jeff. Days on end, just hoping to hear from Jeff.

And then Jeff sends you another Chat style form email congratulating you and asking for your patience as they launch this exciting new product.

You'll see... that's what Jeff does. You've been escalated to Jeff.
