I guess we shall have to patiently wait

Call himThe communication is a little frustrating. I know he is giving us a great deal and i am supper thankful but so are other dealers with much better communication.
I have emailed 3 times (My JT is expected to hit NC on 8/8 (Tomorrow)) asking when he thinks I will be able to pick up. If not this weekend it will have to wait because my wife is out of town and I will have no ride. 2 Followups on the initial email and then after no response (waiting 2 days in between each attempt) I chatted with the dealership. They said he would follow up and he did. BUT... he followed up with "I received your inquiry for more information and will follow up shortly." it is now 24 hours form that response.
I know he is supper busy, I know he is hooking us all up. I know I am a little bit of an addict. I know I have probably been a pain in the ass customer. But I am (planning on) spending a lot of money with him. I have only reached out to him 3 other times since my initial order as i get most of my information form Jeep Chat.
Sorry for ranting, Im just a little frustrated.
Wait until after I call him this afternoon so he's not pissed when I call...Call him
Take a deep breath brother, at least it wasn't in a train wreck, LOL... it's within reach!!!!Good News...Bad News...
First Travis just emailed me (I did not have to call him) Thanks Travis!
Good news is my truck was unloaded form the train today!!!
Bad news is the rail yard is backed up and it is taking a week+ to get the trucks form the rail yard to dealershipsHe does not think I will see my truck this week or next. Time to enter manic depression mode.
I call BS... we all couldn't resist at some point.... LOL! I told him I'd be at the Dealership at 930 and of course I showed up at 830! LOLRepeat after me....

Thanks for the insight, makes the long wait times more understandable.Guys just a heads up; I was on phone with him today and he mentioned his finance department is basically him now (his finance lady quit) so he is wearing two hats at the dealership. My Jeep was apparently loaded onto a truck yesterday so I’m really hoping for dealership delivery by end of week so I can shoot up there to get it this weekend. But just wanted all aware that he is swamped, not just on orders but now financing them as well.
I got the same info from him today, and he also said that there was a backup at the rail yard. Their trucking company hasn't been delivering in a timely fashion. Mine arrived in Winston-Salem on the 31st but just got loaded on the truck today. I'm hoping for a Saturday purchase.Guys just a heads up; I was on phone with him today and he mentioned his finance department is basically him now (his finance lady quit) so he is wearing two hats at the dealership.
