I took a flyer on this Amazon tonneau cover. It works! lol
Here's a link to the $147 prime shipped cover. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M1K4T40/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It actually took me a while to dial it in. I recommend measuring the wide of the front bar first. Make the rails that width apart and the same distance from the back of the truck.

I recommend not tightening these screws at the back that connect the rails to the bulkhead. I wasn't able to get them very tight, but when you close the cover it tightens everything up nicely. Once you have the rails tight, close it, climb into the bed and tighten those screws.

This is the before/after closing the cover distance to the rear glass of my hard top. I got it nice and snug to the rear glass so the corners didn't stick over the side too much.

All in all it looks really nice.

Its raining pretty hard this morning so I jumped in and cranked the heat, steering wheel heater and seat heater cuz it was a frigid 59 degrees, lol.

Anyways, I observed this on our Pacifica too, HOLY COW NEW VEHICLES HEAT UP FAST! By the time I was 2 blocks away it was luke warm heat. By a 1/2 mile, it was warm, 1 mile, blowing HOT! Love it!

Last night I installed zipties for inner fender and took these wheels off. Tired of working on my truck in the driveway at night. Too much to do.

I put JP1s LE wheels on in the dark. Think i'll carry my milwaukee impact when overlanding if I ever need to change a tire. Took all 4 wheels tires off and put new ones on, still had 4/4 bars on the battery. That thing is a beast!

Here's a few morning shots.

Damn she's a sexy truck. Need rock rails of some sort.

I was originally thinking of getting the AMP or RSE rails, but without a lift I can get in just fine with the "oh shit" handle. I'm thinking i'll get the ROAM rock rail/step rails (LOTS CHEAPER TOO) just so the truck looks nicer. That rocker area with all the bolt holes/pinch welds looks bad on the sport.

Fill those holes up with a step bar. Problem solved. That’s what I intend to do. Ordered a set of N-Fab Podium Pro steps today.

He said he’s working on them and getting them fitted etc... those are the ones I’m waiting for! I emailed him the day after we bought DJ home. We were about to get them for my wife’s JLU until we knew we were trading it in for the gladiator.... so now just waiting patiently!

Your truck is lookin awesome!

I drove 3 hours to the U. P. Last night, gotta work on my deer stand today.

I think the LE tires actually wander more at low speed and less at higher speed than the stock sport s tires.

Love how the truck just soaks up any bumps in the road. There's an 1/8 mile stretch at home where the road just went to crap, the city patched it but it's slated for replacing later this month. I had to slow way down in the jetta or either minivan. With Gladys, I can go 41mph like it was no big deal.

County road driving is fun, she eats up the curves quite handily. Of course she's no Ferrari, but ferarris don't haul plywood.

Is it just me or does the heated steering wheel get hotter if you turn the hvac heat up, or if the Temps outside drop?

It dropped probably 5 degrees during my drive, I turned the heat up to like 72 in the truck and all of a sudden I swear the steering wheel was warmer.

I'm weird, I like the windows down but the AC on. Or the steering wheel and seat heater on but blowing slightly cooler air from the vent. Lol

I've got a write up to do tomorrow Bout hauling plywood, but for now I get to test Gladys as a deep woods tool hauler!

From this post and various others I see you're a Milwaukee tool guy. We might have issues ;). I BLEED yellow and black. We're cool though due to the JT, but I suggest we not talk tools when we meet up!

Had some fun taking photos of Gladys in the Little Cedar River in the U. P. At my buddy's land near Carney, Michigan.
