She did great on my first outing as is. I did get some belly rub in a few places but being able to wheel the way I did with trailered rigs and then being able to hop on the interstate and run 80 mph home was priceless.

How do you like the Rhino Armory wheels so far ? I've heard they are on the soft side and bend easily. And are those Toyo open country or mud tires ?

Not sure about that one. Might need a bit of lift there.
Doesn’t rub off-road or trailering. Rides great. Aprehensive about doing a leveling kit spacer since it’s currently level while towing. The profile pic is with it hitched to a travel trailer.

I think it is great with 35s. Gives you great articulation. Mine are 315 70R17 so just a bit shorter than most 35s.

I've been looking at a lot rims and really like yours. Not sure I'll do black what brand are those you have.

Does a leveling spacer in the front void any part of the factory warranty?

I have been going back and forth on this subject as I am debating the lift. I think there are two ways to look at it. One is based purely on look and having that tough aggressive looking full wheel well look (which looks awesome) but the other is based upon how your using the truck. One of the criticisms you see in the write ups comparing the gladiator to wranglers and against other trucks is the breakover angle/height and if your hitting the trails with the pyramid type hills then the lift is going to functionally help remedy that. I don't have access to fun trails like that without a fair amount of driving but I keep trying to decide if I want to be prepared for it in the future.

So please keep posting pictures and real world experiences as I go back and forth on the idea as I am sure many others are debating as well.

This is a great look. And I love the Ace Engineering Stubby bumper!
Thanks. I love the bumper, too. It has to be the lowest profile bumper on the market that allows for a recessed winch and oem fogs, not to mention it's built like a tank.

I have the full ACE front/rear bumpers and skidplates on my JKU; they are built tough, but they weighed me down a ton.

I'm going with 37" tires and the Mopar 2" lift, because I do feel I will need that extra edge when it comes to breakover angle. If I go with a similar setup to my JKU then I know I will be rubbing. My JKU has a 2.5" lift (now like 1.5" with all the armor/bumpers) and 35" tires. The larger tire size on the JT is to hopefully help with the breakover.

SWEET! I am jealous. I never put a lift on my JK but the JT just screams for it. What you have going for you is that you already know where the limits are on your JKU so you have a great starting point to build from. I have always had 2 door wranglers so it is more of a learning curve for me. As much as a want a rock crawling mega beast I know I won't get to do that often enough to justify the cost and effort but I am trying to figure out a way to go a bit beyond the average joe and work out a few special trips that may not require more than stock but being beefed up just makes it more fun.
