You must have a bladder like a moose. I try to dry myself out like a raisin with red wine before going to sleep to prevent it, but sometimes it happens. Red Nalgene bottle to the rescue.

Couple times the weather prevented me from wanting to get out of the tent. Unzipped a window and right out. But I rarely to never need to pee at night.
