Ask your shop to define complete. Complete is a variable based on how high you lift your Jeep. Doing spacers verses coils doesn’t change the parts you need. The height you lift is what drives the need for a new trackbar, new shocks, new control arms. At 2” (coil or spacer) you will likely notice a slight change in steering due to the change in caster. Longer front lower control arms will help resolve. With a stock trackbar at 2” you will notice a slight shift of the front tires to one side making them off center but will be minor. An adjustable trackbar will resolve. Point is that 2” definitely changes geometry but not usually enough to need all the extra parts but they will help. At 3” or more the geometry changes are more impactful and need more parts to correct. One additional note to keep in mind is if you are adding a heavy bumper and winch, spacers likely won’t help as the stock coils will be overly compressed causing the ride to be impacted. With added weight coil lifts are a much better route to go.
