Where's the money shot of the engine bay?!

F9B2822B-6269-442B-923F-C66484FFF7BE.jpeg

First test run with the 35s and the supercharger. Ran with a few glitches. Check engine popped on with a “too rich” code. We should have it done with the exhaust being installed next week. Also did the Mopar bumper.

Overall the power is awesome. Just need that exhaust to get the little lag I have to smooth out. Going to replace the tires with BFGs. I thought the tires were a bit noisy over 50. Also I will get a hardtop in the future that should help a bit more. Did a 1 1/2” rear, 2” front puck lift. I might back that down since it might screw up my plowing setup. I already made the adjustment with the 35s.

As we tweak the tune, the interesting part is that I'm getting 18mpg with the added power. We did adjust the speedo, and I do drive on the aggressive side. We'll see how it holds up with the added changes.

Looks killer. How do you like the bumper?
I like the bumper. Fit and finish was good with no grinding or drilling out holes required. Took awhile to put together because the direction are not great. Picked it r/t being stamped steel to cut down weight and rusting. I have Smittybilt steel bumpers on my JKU and Sport, they are heavy and I’m constantly fighting rust.

Haha. I'll have it shortly. I put a few hundred miles on it to see where adjustments needed to be made. So sometime next week I should have it.

Which supercharger did you go with?
Are you having any dyno done for results?
Went with the Procharger. Haven't done a dyno done yet, but it was pretty straight forward with the install. Also going with a custom mapping with the tune.

Just got my gladiator suspension done and took it out for the first drive. Got 2 thumbs up driving around town with new mods.Really drove nice with the Rubicon lift, Fox shock/steering stabilizer, Tazer mini, 35”s.

Daystar 1.5” level kit install with shock extenders. Search the YouTube video on this you will need to drill another hole in your driver front shocks mount Bc the bracket daystar gives totally doesn’t line up. At all... it’s worth it to just drill it out and only takes another 5 min. Looks great to me :) factory wheels and tires for now. 35” tires and wheels and the mopar 2” lift are coming soon.

go rhino DSS sliders steps. They are body mounted and the directions are horrible. Go to quadratec and find their own instructions which are soooo much better.

Interesting. I had no issues whatsoever with the Daystar front shock extensions. No drilling required.
Your JT looks sharp by the way.

Thx man yours is as well, good taste in your upgrade selections. @ 10:20 he starts talking about it and shows it as well. I encountered what he did as well. I would say if a smaller diameter bottom shock extender bracket bolt could be used it might have fit; but, even then the extension bracket will be a lot more rearward compared to the passenger side. I wonder if it's just our front lower shock mount driver sides that varied from yours. The bottom holes are definitely in different locations driver vs. passenger side on the lower front shock mounts. Glad you got it to work just fine though.

Installed my Bed Rug this morning. Most difficult part was realizing I didn’t have any rubbing alcohol to clean the bed with during this virus hysteria! I got the last pack of alcohol wipes after my fourth visit to a store.

But, super impressed with the quality and fit. Side (unexpected) bonus is the thickness of the material on the tailgate makes a much tighter fit with my tonneau cover’s weather stripping resulting in a near impossible pop without opening the tailgate. Feels much more secure.

Upgraded my bed storage with the JCR Offroad Molle system and Power Tank racks for my CO2 tanks. The racks were a little more than I wanted to spend, but they're the best solution out there and I should only have to buy them once.

I'm very happy with the quality of the JCR Offroad setup. I'm also happy that everything tucks neatly under the tonneau cover. Next I'm going to get some bulk nylon straps and clips, so I can secure the tool bags along the sides, rather than using the ratchet strap. But for now this works.

I may have to turn in my man-card after this question but what are the CO2 tanks for?

They fill your tires faster than air compressors.

Pretty much what OMTBiker said. There are (or at least were) options out there for on board compressors that are inline with what CO2 can do, but in most cases CO2 has higher output than your standard electric air pump. I like it as an option because in addition to airing the tires back up (quickly), I can also carry an air impact gun and use it for tire changes and an air blower attachment for cleaning stuff out.

Finally was able to get the JcrOffroad half roof rack on. Since it was such an early release there were some slight modifications needed to make it work. Thanks to Chris Bush there for his help.
