Have you driven a vehicle running these tires, or just basing your opinion on others' opinions and internet hearsay? I have owned many of the popular MT and AT tires on the market, and these are definitely amongst the quietest of both varieties. I have a Ford F-350 on 37" Toyo RTs, and these KM3s are much quieter. This one looks absolutely perfect, other than the color and noisy a$$ tires, in my opinion
Do you happen to know the details on this? Is it the 2in Mopar Lift? Any ideas on the tire size? I love the fitment. This one looks absolutely perfect, other than the color and noisy a$$ tires, in my opinion
Youāre going to get answers all over the spectrum. It will depend on your stock gearing, the type of use, type of transmission, and expectations. The JL ownerās with 4.10 gearing and automatic transmissions report that they do pretty well with 37s.Any insight on the necessity of re-gearing with 37s?
Drove a friends JL Rubi with 37ās and it had no problem holding 80 mph.Youāre going to get answers all over the spectrum. I have been planning to try 37s no lift on my Rubicon. For the Sport S owners out there...I just picked up my JT on Monday and added 37x12.5/R17 Toyo Open Country M/Ts on Black Rhino Arsenal wheels NO LIFT.
I just removed the plastic that connects the bumper to the fenders with a utility knife in 5 minutes.
Yea, a lift of some kind is needed long term. There is definitely rubbing on the passenger fender if you arenāt careful. 2.5ā-3.5ā Rubicon Express Lift with a Fox Shocks is getting installed next week with a Fab Four Stubby Front Bumper. I just couldnāt take the stock look any longer!I like, and appreciate, the "stuffed" look, because I try to practice that myself on all of my builds (most tire, least lift, but still maintaining good flex and clearance). But damn! Hit 1 good speedbump too fast, and you're buying new fenders... I'd at least toss a 1" to 1.5" spacer front & rear...
How are you liking the Rubicon Express lift? im having it installed on saturday! like you i couldn't take the stock look anymore either! what part of Vegas you at? im out here too, SW area!Yea, a lift of some kind is needed long term.
