What is the minimum lift needed to run a mall crawler on 40’s?

I'm on 39s and clear at full articulation with sway bar disconnected on a Clayton 2.5 with 2.25" of bump and split rubie fenders.

Since you don't care about up travel that's plenty of lift. Just adjust the bump stops accordingly (probably 3.5 -4 inches of bump or so) and don't disconnect the swaybars. Down side to keeping the 37s for rough stuff is you will still need the 40s bump stop.

My 2023 diesel with factory gearing feels pretty good on 40’s with the addition of a hikeit throttle controller.
