Has anyone bought a gladiator lately, in stock off the lot?

It was MSRP.

Yes. Looks like it's still available.
I bought 3 weeks ago and those guys wouldn’t talk so I bought elsewhere. That is a better deal than I got. I could’ve had a free alpine stereo and tonneau cover I guess. Oh well. They are a lot closer to home too. I’m kind of irritated now but just back from a trip to Cape Cod and can say the truck I bought is very comfortable and I’m happy with it

Was 3900 including incentive? Was that 3900 from MSRP?
$2000 incentive back in August and $1900 from dealer total $3900. Not a great deal but I couldn’t find better on a Gobi SPORT s max Tow and the one that I was going to buy prior was sold the same day it was delivered so I was more aggressive than I otherwise would’ve been to get the Gobi.

They are both nice but I like the body color fenders better...to me it just looks snazzier.
Depends on the body color in my opinion. With Sting Gray I like the body colored fenders. That was my original choice and then I went to red and ultimately bought Gobi. It’s been a long road but I’ve got 1100 miles on her now and am very happy

Oddly I just looked at the dealer where I bought mine a year ago and they've got 20 Gladiators on the lot, one Max Tow with virtually no discount, and a bunch of Rubicons with 5-6k discounts. Wonder if the rarity of Max Tow has kept its selling price up. The one Overland on the lot was actually cheaper than the Max Tow.
That seemed to be the case for me as well. There was only one Max Tow on the lot and they wouldn't move much on the price.

3900 of Sport S max Tow off the lot 3 weeks ago with the exact options I wanted. It was Gobi so I could not wait as it is discontinued. No one else would move from the $2000 incentive locally.
I am in Lynnfield MA and found the same thing, I ended up going to RI to get one with the options I wanted, Sport S max tow with some options, hydro blue. Sticker was $44280, paid $40,500. Would have waited to try and get a better deal but I needed a vehicle now and this one had the exact options I wanted.

A lot of it is timing. When I originally contacted them they wouldn't move off MRSP, less any rebates/ incentives. Then I was checking sell prices on Trucar and submitted a RFQ through the site and they came back with an offer $3500 under MSRP minus any incentives that applied. Go figure? I went there and drove it with my wife and we both really liked the truck but decided against the red and instead we'll wait for a 2021 in String gray, or order one at some point. Just today, I exchanged texts with Lawless in Woburn on a 2020 Sport S Sting gray and again, they won't talk anything less than MSRP minus incentives. Thanks but no thanks, I'm in no rush and with summer over and the economic uncertainty related to Covid, they may change their tune, sooner vs. later. You got a pretty good deal based on my limited research. Continue enjoying your truck - at least you have one!!

Bournival had red, Gobi, and sting grey all identical options when I was looking. The only options I didn’t want to pay for was the Mopar tonneau and alpine premium if I remember correctly. The Gobi color choice forced my hand but I am happy. I was tormenting myself over the decision to buy for over a year and am happy that part is over with. The trip to the Cape and back was comfortable and we carried all of our vacation stuff no problem including the dog and my daughter. As of right now I don’t miss my Tundra but time will tell if this truck will be reliable. So far lots of smiles here. Good luck

I'd look outside your area. Tried to order a 2021 Rubicon Diesel several weeks ago and the dealer wouldn't budge on pricing and the $1000 ordering fee was non-refundable. This is after I had bought 3 jeeps in the last several years from them :swear:

I got my Overland at $47,475 and MSRP was $52,895. Not the best deal but it had all the options that I wanted the color I wanted and the price was workable. Sort of messed up how I had to work through my deal because I was on the way to pick it up from one dealership and they sold the one I wanted before I could get there. Just bad timing and they worked hard to get me another one but no other dealerships would let them have the one I wanted. So, yeah I could maybe have saved $2k more if I waited but I love my Gladiator and have no regerts.

I got my sting gray for $42,000 out-the-door ...had some options and sticker was $46 plus and I didn't even bargain with them. Had 4 miles on it and just arrived at the dealer that day. I knew it was the one for me so I snagged it up. The only thing it didn't have was the LED package so I swapped out the whole front end bulbs as others have done on this forum and it works great for cheap $$. I'm glad I didn't pay for that package.
Changing out bulbs vs the LED lighting package isn’t remotely the same. My LED lights are amazing and I do not regret that package at all. Your headlights might be bright, but there is no way that in the factory halogen housing that they are as focused as the factory LEDs.

sorry for hijack, and this isn’t personal, but I didn’t want for anyone to mistake that as a cheap alternative that will have the same results.

You are correct...I was ok with the halogen lights but the LED bulbs made it better and brighter and that is plenty good enough for me.
