While not specific to the Mojave, I would be interested in the part number for the forward-facing trailcam.
Agreed, considering it’s an orderable option now for 2021.

Question for you.. does the rubicon & the Mojave use the same floor mats? I was told they fit different in the rear & was wondering if this is true?

Autoweek claims that the Mojave axles are heavier-duty than Rubicon. I think they are wrong, but they actually cite tube thicknesses... Where are they getting their info from?! Perhaps they are comparing to the Sport / Overland axles, not realizing the Max Tow / Rubicon axles are already beefed up and identical to the Mojave?

Can anyone confirm that Autoweek is mistaken?

https://www.autoweek.com/drives/a32...r-mojave-on-the-desert-trails-that-shaped-it/

Under the metal, Mojave has stronger axles with cast-iron steering knuckles up front and thicker tubes in the rear. In fact, the rear axle tubes went from a 6.25mm wall thickness on the Rubicon to 10.5mm on the Mojave to resist fatigue.

Four wheeler also states that the Mojave has thicker tube walls at 10MM, BUT...also states that both models now share the third generation axles with 10MM tube walls, but the front difference is the Mojave has the cast iron ends versus aluminum on Rubicon, and they go on further to say they both have the same third generation rear axle. I had posted in a Mojave thread about the thicker tube walls, and when questioned by a member pointed to a video of an engineer doing ramp articulation tests between Rubicon and Mojave. Guy was pretty good, he stated Rubicons was 8MM versus Mojave 10MM, Mojave had better artuculation then the Rubicon by a little bit if Ruby sway bar was connected due to Mojave front suspension being an inch higher, but Mojave was blown away when the Ruby disconnect the sway bar. He also said teh Ruby was going to benefit with the thicker walls in future 2021?? I'll look for the video. Why not put the cast iron knuckles on the Ruby also it will be the one to run much larger rock crawling tires then the Mojave? Wouldn't cast iron be same or less then aluminum?

Benny can you tell us if the 2021 Rubicaon and Mojave have the same axle part
number ? Perhaps compare the 2020 part numbers also? Thank you!

Thanks. I agree that it’s confusing and crazy that we don’t have confirmation yet! You’d think that Jeep would highlight the thicker axle tubes on their press materials if it were truly the case as seems like a pretty big deal. Hoping Benny can add some clarity. The fronts will be different for sure as the Rubi has lockers. Rears should be the same.

Regarding the knuckles, I think it has more to do with high-speed impacts. Cast iron is more resilient and can absorb the impacts while aluminum would be more likely to crack. The aluminum is likely plenty strong for slow rock crawling, big tires or not. Just my guess.

Stopped by a dealer today with two a bunch of brand new Mojave's on the lot. Crawled around them and got the part numbers from the front springs, shocks are massive.

Drivers side front spring 68442569AA
Passenger side front spring 68442579AA

@AllMoparParts.com for the front underbumper skid plate I believe that that the reference number doesn't match the diagram

Also it would appear that #21 and 22 are required to install the skid plate. Would you be able to reference those part numbers?

While not specific to the Mojave, I would be interested in the part number for the forward-facing trailcam.

There are multiple parts to the camera and mounting itself which I have linked below. Note in no way are we inferring this is plug and play but I understand there are other threads here discussing what is involved, I would suggest you research them thouroughly.

I dont believe this is true as there is only one part number rear carpet section listed and with a Mojave VIN it shows to use this same one. Same goes for the rubber slush mats.

Correct the 3rd party diagrams are incorrect. I have added the brackets to my post.

Thanks,
