I have a JL, I know what JT's put on a JL will do. The same should work in reverse for JL's on JT.
I ran the JT rubicon's on my JL rubi. It dropped 3/4-1 and felt maybe softer, real close to the same rate. I just bought the Mojave spring as they are 1 inch or more taller over the JT rubi. Well, you can see them on the ground. The JT Rubi and Mojave spring are the same length on the ground. I'm guessing the rate must be firmer or the hydro bump stop must be mounted under the spring to get the 1 lift. I'm not even going to put them on. I think they are too short for me and what I'm doing.

JL's should get you 1-1.5 lift.
If you have no added weight on the nose ( winch steel bumper ) the 3660 's for you.
With winch or added weight ( or want firmer ride ) the 3.0 3667's. These will add a inch over the 3660's plus hold winch.

This might help you look at what factory springs can do.
I like to keep it factory, just working on the right springs for what I want to do. I added a winch too and problems started...
For the JT I can only help with the front. You want the 3.0 JLUR springs 3667. They will lift the nose back up to stock or over with the winch and steel bumper. They are on the firm side but do hold the added weight.

As to price on used factory parts:
I pay $200 for fox Rubicon JT shocks (set of 4.) The MSRP for 1 shock is over $500. So, about 20% of MSRP.
Quick question. Can you measure the height of the Mojave springs vs the JL springs, if it is not too big of a headache? Trying to get an idea of overall height difference. Thanks in advance.

JL's
3.6 Rubi 660AC Driver 18.25
661AC Pass 18.75
3.0 Diesel 667AD same both sides 19.25

JT's
3.6 Rubi 339AC 17.50
3.6 Mojave 569/570AA 17.50

Know your weight. The 660/661's are soft if you put a winch on the nose. I got 1.5-1.75 lift putting on the 667AD's.

Throw a 1"spacer on there and be done. Jeez.
I feel like throwing a spacer on a $5k suspension is a little iffy. I am pretty sure the Synergy 1 or 2 inch springs will do the trick. They seem to have a pretty soft spring rate compared to Claytons.

Synergy springs are very soft. Their 2” front springs netted me 1.75” over my stock Rubicon springs.

I think that is the best for the Mojave. From everything I am learning, the softer the spring, the better it keeps your vehicle on the ground (traction), which I think suits the desert running/fast offroading purpose better. I just wish there was a way to test drive both lengths to see what ultimately is the best for the current geometry.

Will second that. Synergy springs are soft. Just know what you want in a ride before buying springs.
I have a set of 1" lift Synergy springs going to sell.

Despite my best efforts, have had a few customers swap out their Mojave suspensions for something else. That being said, I have two full Mojave suspensions available for purchase. Please send me a pm if you’re interested.
I think going from the Mojave suspension, you would almost need to go with the Fox 3 inch bypass shocks for an upgrade.

Those would probably be near the same ride height as stock Mojave springs.
It says on their website free length is 20.75 to 21.25, and the stock unsprung coils are 17.5. Unless the spring rate is dramatically lower, that looks like more than an inch.

They are for the JL also, and the stock Rubi shocks are about .75 inches longer, so it may be what they are going off of.
