Unfortunately this has been a common problem for some of us. Mine started leaking about 6 months after ownership. Dealer replaced the back glass and the problem has not resurfaced; that was about a year ago.Just noticed mine is leaking from the top after going through car wash. Haha honestly i go through probably 2 times a week. I have a unlimited car wash membership. I drive over a 100 miles a day for work so I try and keep it clean. I know it’s badHow the hell often do you go to the car wash lol
Did yours leak around the top? Was it a pain to get it replaced under warranty?Unfortunately this has been a common problem for some of us. Mine started leaking about 6 months after ownership. Dealer replaced the back glass and the problem has not resurfaced; that was about a year ago.
Yes it was leaking just above the sliding window. Must have been a problem with the seal when they installed it at the factory.Did yours leak around the top? Was it a pain to get it replaced under warranty?
After reading some post on here I’m afraid to have it fixed. I see a lot of people having their roofs scratched up.Yes it was leaking just above the sliding window. Must have been a problem with the seal when they installed it at the factory.
It was not a big pain, just took about a day at the dealer. It was their first replacement on a Gladiator and they were a little nervous about it, but they didn’t argue it.
Is this something you can see without removing? As in, do I need to wait for a leak to find out if I don’t have sealant where it’s supposed to be or can I just see that it’s not there and gave them fixJust had my rear window replaced as well. Factory issue, they said when then pulled the window out it wasn't sealed in about 30% of the area around the window.
As someone with a 2021 on order I would love to think they have flagged this as an issue by now and made some tweaks on the production line....but.....I won't hold my breath. Truly this sounds like some goofy little adjustment to a procedure or to a machine settting.Haven't had the issue yet through the last storm we had. Holding my breath and crossing my fingers.
