From everything I have read here and experienced so far (still waiting on my Sport S that was ordered 12/23) Jeep Chat does not seem to have access ot the same level of info the dealer does (or perhaps they do, but are not allowed to tell you fine details). I contacted my dealer and jeep chat the same day. Jeep Chat gave me some vague "it is in scheduling" and was not able (or willing) to give me any dates at all. My delear quickly came back with the build date right in the system.Just stopped by my dealer to check the status. Showed D1 yesterday per Jeep Chat, dealer computer today shows F, with est ship date of 2/3. Yep, torroew. Doesn't seem accurate, but we'll see. One thing I noticed is it only shows est ship date, not est delivery date.

It's pretty worthless. You'll get better info just calling your dealer for an update once a week. Half the time Jeep Chat people tell me they can't see the order codes. I checked with them Monday night, and they told me it was D1, and that's all the info they showed.
And of course as soon as I post this, the VIN lookup emailed me an update, telling me my build sheet is available.
Unsure on the record part, but it does give a lot of us in the queue some hope that things are speeding up a little (assuming you don't have a manual on order, of course!).....ordered 1/22 and was hoping for a Valentine's Day miracle, now just hoping we're topless for St. Pat's Day.....
By the time that showed up for me, it was pretty much built already. It was supposedly in paint (code F) 2 days prior to the build sheet showing up. As of today, the code is KZM, first rail departure. So already on a rail car on the way here 4 days after the build sheet. I got the window sticker email on Saturday.
