Questions for those of you who run a bit more weight in your Mojave bed.
@DesertRunner @RYSlimVegas19 @sandifer @Mtpisgah @MarcusB @Berserker556

How do you feel the Mojave trim handles the weight in back?
Do you end up with much sag when you're loaded up and everything is strapped to the racks?
Do you notice much change in drivability or visibility over the hood?
Have you done anything to add unloaded rake without compromising the advantages of the Mojave suspension?

Great images in this thread, love seeing the Mojaves in their element and on the pavement.

I installed bags and a lift to fight the sag. It is pretty good now, but it still feels like the rear bounces on some road. If I were to do it again, I would buy a Rubicon since people that have installed campers on them have had less problems with it.

Before the bags and lift the visibility over the hood was a little reduced but not terrible.

There may still be some benefit to the Mojave suspension over other trims, but at this point it is negligible.

If the weight were not on the truck daily, like just weekend hauling, I would choose the Mojave.

I had mild rear sag, but it was more cosmetic than functional. I added $80 air bags and it seemed to fix it. But....

While in Moab last week on Fins and Things and Hell's Revenge trails, i kept bottoming out and dragging my hitch, so I'll probably be adding a 2" lift and changing out the springs.

I haven't added much weight honestly. Softopper and the rack is about it. Haven't had much load or anything on the rack yet. I've hauled around a few household items like table, chairs etc. I've never noticed any sort of difference.
Zero complaints on how the truck handled it. I'll be adding a decked system soon. I figure I'll start to feel all 3 maybe, especially if the drawers get loaded up.

We will see how it handles my 4000 pound wet and loaded RV. If it pulls it OK, I will be joyous. If it doesn’t, then I will wish I had gotten the Rubi as well. I sure love how this drives day to day, so I hope it’s OK.

Just purchased my Mojave a couple of days ago. Absolutely in love with it!

I love our Trucks so much! My goodness but yours is gorgeous! Everytime I think about another vehicle, aka a wrangler, I see a pic of a beautiful JT and there is no way!

Here is a thought. Would an anti-sway bar that was firmer settle the front down some? If I am dumb my apologies. I was thinking if you had a stiffer, disconnecting front end (manual is fine), your day to day may settle down, and off-road you could disconnect if the need arose.

OK, again I say, if this is dumb my bad, I would love a civil education.

Stiffer sway bars will definitely make it less “lively” on the road. The Mojave has the least stiff sway bars of any JT. The flip side as it sounds like you know is it will be less flexy and comfortable off-road unless you disconnect the sway bar. The downside there is if you like to go fast off-road as you may not really want to be completely disconnected for that.

Bought ours last week. I'm real new to the Jeep scene. Wife wanted this and we're learning. So far after a week it's been a blast.

I was pretty new to the Jeep thing too

Thank you, confirmed what I was thinking. It's a dance and balancing act. Decisions, decisions...
