Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

Mine went from ready to build to shipped real quick. I was only checking with Jeep Chat on Fridays. Probably would have seen more movement had I asked everyday. Just assumed it would take a while.

- Truck in framing 5/24
- Build sheet from the tracker 5/26
- Truck in final inspection 6/1
- Truck "somewhere" in shipping process (best Jeep Chat could do) 6/4
- Window sticker from tracker today! 6/5

The dealership is in southern MN, should be interesting to see how long it takes to get there.

i feel for all of you Canadian Jeepers! I’d be rightfully pi$$ed off as well! I work in manufacturing (Falken Tire) and I can’t figure out how they (Jeep) do their scheduling.

I ordered Feb 15, got a VIN on May 5, and STILL not scheduled build date. I’m beginning to think I’m not getting this truck.

Mine shipped on 6/1 and it’s still in transit to go a whole 463 miles.

And for good measure. Remember when I said Vroom sucked—their customer service and timelines? A FedEx guy walked up my driveway today at 1:30pm and handed me a package from Vroom (their contract)—I tore it up when I went in the house. Well, I got an email from Vroom at 4pm today. How exactly were they going to make that work? What kind of headache was I asking for? I don’t think I could have reviewed their contract and got the FedEx out in time for a flight to Houston in 2.5 hours from DC, unless FedEx is flying the SR-71 now.

So glad I went with CarMax…..again.

I have a question with the tracker - I apologize if this was answered I just did not see it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong I'm not sure. I entered my information, but it does not show up under open orders at all. It seems that its only showing me Wranglers. If I enter either my name or VIN using Lookup Existing, it shows up. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

There is a next button at the bottom of the page. If you click on Open Orders and scroll to the bottom and then hit next, yours is toward the bottom of page 2.

Well, what sucks about the way that thing renders is that it doesn’t have an export feature to fine filter or run any stats against. It also doesn’t like duplicate names and I have two custom orders in there , so when I entered the second one I had to add a letter to my name. It’s just a very simple sheet, it’s free, so we shouldn’t expect much and be glad it does what it does.
