Does the this system maintain the steering wheel phone and voice functions?

Yes. You can even customize them to a point

What is keeping me from pulling the trigger is two items, 1. Not waterproof and 2. Does not work with the built in microphones. I don't want to have to add a microphone when the factory ones are there.

You can add a microphone if you want. But it has a built in mic on the front of the screen. Thats what i use and has been fine for me so far. Unfortunately i dont think there is a way to use the oem mic as i had a pioneer with a maestro system and had to use an external mic also.

So I noticed that the Heigh 10 doesn't get along with the Tazer Mini, but what
if you use the Tazer to make your changes like tire size etc but then remove
it and not use it for the live features like disabling auto start, because those features are also in the Heigh 10.

I have zero issues with my Tazer and Heigh10.

If you have an automatic there is an empty grommet on the drivers side firewall. Popped it out and drilled a hole in it.

Zip tied it to the grill but its pretty tight just friction fit in there.

If I remember right, I lost my clock, but my center stack isn't the same as yours (no analogs and 3 fields at the top). How does your altitude look? I did the updates and it's still wrong ?

To update the PAC I apparently have to disassemble my dash each time and plug in a windows computer even though the instruction manual says I can use a flash drive. I'm already starting to hate this thing with a buggy backup cam.

Did you ever figure out the issue with the backup camera? I just installed mine, everything seems to be working but the backup camera.

Got it sorted, just needed to reboot the module a couple times. Happier with this than the OEM 8.4 - my biggest issue with the OEM was being able to see the tiny map screen in Android Auto. Now it's full screen. Not quite as high resolution as my head unit in my previous car (10" Kenwood), but it'll do. Now to get this wireless with the Indiegogo dongle.
