I have a JTR and was curious if I can get away with a 1.5 teraflex level upfront and a .75 daystar in the rear and run 37s? The reason I am asking is it looks like someone has done it with minimal rubbing while fully flexed.
I plan on using the same wheels with the same back spacing and offset as what he used in the video but maybe go with the Cooper STT Pro which look to be .03" smaller (actual size 36.77" vs. yokahama tires hes running 36.8"). I plan to be doing a lot of trails that are more mud/ruts than technical rock crawling but periodically I do expect to fully flex off road. This is temporary until later on I can afford a 2.5-3.5" lift. Sorry this was long... Do I need new shocks or anything else? Thanks!

Installed the full 1.5” on the front of my 80A. Still have just about an inch of forward rake but that suits me fine. Running 295/70R18 (34x11.5). Also added the LCAs from the Mopar lift kit just to get some extra caster.

Measuring from the rock rails , the back is 1/4 higher
Just trying to figure out what I’m reading here. You say with a 1.5” teraflex on the front you had only a 1/4” diff from front rock rail to ground and rear rock rail to ground?

the reason I ask is because a couple post down you said you had a 3/4” on the rear.

I had a sport Gladi and had the same setup 1.5 and 3/4.

however I now have a rubi and I just want to get as close to level without going over. I was considering just doing the 1” in the front for I realize you should error for the less to avoid the Carolina plop.

any input with your experience on what I should consider would be appreciated

I measure my rock rails and the fronts are pretty much exactly 1.5” lower than the rear..stock.

That's with 1.5 in front and 3/4 in the rear
