Yes you are 100% correct it is the Tie rod and Drag link that are adjustable, not Track bar. Thank you and a great photo of it. It's a lot different than my 02 TJ

So after much research of front bumpers and winches, that will add on about 150lbs. Thinking I might go with a 2" front and add 1/2-3/4 " in the rear.

Not really. I have a TJ as well. Its all the same aside from the drag link and tie rod design. TJ's have a Y-link steering set up while the JT/JL have a over knuckle steering set up. Otherwise its the same principle.

So after much research of front bumpers and winches, that will add on about 150lbs. Thinking I might go with a 2" front and add 1/2-3/4 " in the rear.

I changed from a plastic bumper to a factor steel bumper and added a winch. That added roughly 100lbs (when you factor in the weight lost from removing the plastic bumper.) I just installed a set of Clayton 1.5" front springs yesterday on my diesel JT. It lifted it 2.25" But I expect them to settle closer to 1.5". Hope that helps.

I bought just the diesel specific springs (I have a diesel). I did not opt for the shock extenders because I was trying to remedy the bottoming out issue the diesels have. If I was to add extenders then I would need to add bump stop extenders as well. Basically defeating the purpose of the taller springs. I do plan on adding the MOPAR lower control arms that come with the MOPAR 2" lift as well as a adjustable front track bar. But here is a picture.

FYI,
Make sure to add the Teraflex 2" Front Shock Lower mount extension kit to keep the shock travel correct

I kept both the Level kit and shock extensions when I installed the Mopar 2" Bilstein lift and went to Nitto Ridge Grappler 38"x11.50x17 after wearing out the 35s.

Good to know I just bought the 12K badlands apex for it for only $420. What mounting plate did you use? Know I just need to find a used steel bumper close to me
